???? Location: Greater Grand Rapids area

⏰ Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 7 days per week

???? Starting Pay: $17/hour

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient conditions and report changes or concerns to medical professionals and family members.

• Provide Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as outlined in the Care Plan, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and grooming.

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean living environment.

• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance patient well-being.

• Safely turn and reposition patients as needed.

• Follow First Aid and Emergency Care protocols.

• Complete accurate electronic documentation during each shift.

Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with home health care, safety, and sanitation standards.

• Understanding of confidentiality and privacy laws.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and families.

• Knowledge of basic medical terminology.

• Detail-oriented and organized.

• Ability to perform diverse care tasks and work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Compassionate and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism.

• Minimum of 1 year caregiving experience preferred.
