We are looking for a friendly, professional, and highly motivated Customer Service Specialist who is passionate about delivering absolute customer satisfaction every single day.

Position Summary

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and an essential member of our office team. You will handle incoming calls, schedule service appointments, assist with dispatching technicians, and provide outstanding support to both customers and the entire company.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (No nights, weekends, or on-call shifts)

Key Responsibilities

  • Professionally answer and manage a multi-line phone system
  • Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners and business clients
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments
  • Assist with dispatching technicians and managing the daily service schedule
  • Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and problem resolution
  • Provide general administrative and office support as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry in our service software

Required Qualifications

  • Impeccable customer service skills and a positive, energetic personality
  • Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • 1+ years of office or customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service or dispatching experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical (highly preferred)
  • Experience with ServiceTitan software
  • Previous knowledge of the HVAC or home service industry
  • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
