Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years school psychologist experience required.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join our team for the 2024/2025 school year. The ideal candidate will work primarily with students in PreK through 1st grade, providing psychological services that enhance the social, emotional, and academic development of young learners. This position is preferably in-person or hybrid.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to identify student needs.
• Provide individual and group counseling services to students.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student development.
• Participate in the creation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Offer crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Conduct workshops and training for staff and parents on relevant topics.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies and state regulations.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• State certification/licensure as a School Psychologist.
• Experience working with young children (PreK - 1st grade) is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education.
• Flexibility to work in-person or in a hybrid model as needed.
