We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Painting & Assembly Technician to join our team in Chaska, MN. This role is essential to ensuring high-quality painted finishes and accurate assembly of components. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows instructions carefully, and values precision and consistency.

What You’ll Do:
- Inspect and evaluate parts prior to masking and painting
- Prepare parts and surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking
- Carefully mask components to protect critical areas during the painting process
- Apply coatings using spray equipment or other methods as required
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards and specifications are met
- Perform light assembly work using detailed instructions and diagrams
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Experience in painting, masking, or assembly is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing or shop environment
