Ph. D in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering Or Bachelor’s degree
10+ years industrial experience.
Product Development exp. - interacting directly with customers (externally).
Experience in epoxy's, adhesives & polymer processing.
Would love to see patent publications listed on resume.
Education Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree (chemistry or material science) with 10+ years of product development experience
• Masters with 5+ years of product development experience or
• PhD in the sciences, typically in chemistry or material science.
Job Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience leading and mentoring research and development personnel toward the identification and development of new technologies in a business setting. Select skills in technical/scientific disciplines, as required.
• Very adept at maintaining and improving safety requirements in the laboratory and work space.

• Versed in scientific methods, laboratory apparatus, and communication skills.
