We are one of the fastest growing general contractors in the Washington DC Metro. Quickly approaching $200M in annual revenues we are focused on building some of the best projects in the commercial sectors. Some of those include K-12, Government, Public Works, Multi-family & Mixed-use Offices. We are looking for our next Project Manager to join the team.
What you will do:
- Manage commercial construction projects
- New Construction & Interiors
- Work a long side site teams to ensure successful completion of projects
- Mentor assistant project managers
- Work with leadership to ensure clients are satisfied
What you need:
- 3+ years of commercial construction experience
- 1+ year as a Project Manager
- BS in Construction Management or related field
