Responsibilities
- Lead a team of individuals that are directly supporting the following
- Scanning in all in bound packages as received
- Deliver received packages, scan delivered and get signature of who received package
- Deliver Inter-Office mail
- Prepare File Room documents on pallets for Corrigan Shredding CO.
- Open and/or separate USPS to be delivered to teams/individuals
- Assist team members with postage and shipping needs
- Assist teams within United Services as needed
- Deliver mail between all UWM buildings
- Monitor mailing supplies needed
- Maintain daily inbound and outbound mail counts for reporting volume
- Perform all leadership responsibilities
- Monday- Friday shift 8 -5
- Overtime and weekends when needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in mailroom or shipping and receiving
- 3+ years team leader/supervisor experience
- Familiarity with Pitney Bowes software a plus
- High School Diploma
- Sense of Urgency
- Excellent communication skills
- Client-focused
- Able to lift over 50 pounds
- Able to operate push cart or hand cart/trolley
