Schedule: Monday Thursday | 3:00 PM 7:00 PM

African Caregivers LLC is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and energetic female Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to a 22-year-old young woman with autism.

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support in the home and community.
- Assist with community outings, recreational activities, and social engagement.
- Safely transport the client to doctor's appointments, therapy appointments, and community activities.
- Encourage independence and support the development of daily living and social skills.
- Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment at all times.
Minimum Qualifications
- Female caregiver strongly preferred based on the client's care needs and preferences.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable personal vehicle (required).
- Clean driving record.
- Comfortable transporting the client to appointments and community activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, patient, compassionate, and professional.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
