Contigo Technology is a Managed Services Provider (MSP) that provides outsourced IT Support and includes both end user support, IT Projects and consulting services. We are located in North Central Austin near the Domain.
As part of our growth and expansion, we have an immediate opening for a self-starter with a great attitude as a Client Success Manager (CSM). This position is responsible for providing technology consulting services for our Managed IT Services clients. Client consulting will focus on identifying business risk, defining long term IT initiatives & developing a technology budget. The CSM will act as the central point of contact for maintaining the business relationship. The role is a secondary point of escalation for issues and client concerns. The CSM is responsible for generating non-recurring revenue, agreement renewals & increasing year over year monthly recurring revenue.
This position works out of our Corporate headquarters and will travel regularly to local client sites.
As an CSM, you will be responsible for the following:
· Provide technology leadership and consultation to clients in multiple industries
· Facilitate strategic technology planning sessions with client executives and stakeholders
· Develop technology roadmap based on client input and business goals
· Develop technology budget in coordination with client
· Lead regular client IT Meetings to maintain alignment between client business goals, technology roadmap and budget
· Conduct regular status reviews for client IT initiatives
· Evaluate and propose technology solutions based on client needs and requirements
· Articulate complex technical concepts and options to non-technical executives
· Advocate for the clients’ best interests
· Actively listen to client concerns and feedback
· Communicate effectively in high pressure situations
· Interface with technical teams to review and scope technology solutions
· Coordinate cross functionally among internal, external and client teams
· Manage client contract renewals
· Keep contracts and invoicing up to date and accurate
· Create and send product and project proposals to clients
· Manage proposal requests in CRM System
· Create and present approximately two proposals for projects including budgets and plans per week.
