We provide virtual and in-person outpatient psychiatric care across Monmouth and Middlesex Counties, NJ, with a collaborative model that integrates:

We are credentialed with Medicare and most major commercial insurance plans. Our administrative team supports credentialing and onboarding so providers can focus on clinical care.
The Role
We are hiring one fully licensed PMHNP (FT or PT) to join our growing team.
This role includes psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management in a collaborative outpatient setting.
We offer flexible 4- or 5-day schedules with a hybrid model (in-person + telehealth). Currently 3-4
This position is especially well-suited for a provider with experience in pediatrics or a strong clinical focus on child and adolescent populations, in addition to comfort treating patients across the lifespan.

What You’ll Do
- Psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments
- Medication management for a diverse outpatient population
- Treatment planning in collaboration with therapists and care team
- Documentation in EHR in a timely and accurate manner
- Participate in a supportive, team-based clinical environment
Who You Are
- Licensed PMHNP, PA (with psych training), or equivalent NJ licensure
- DEA and CDS licensed (required)
- Experienced in outpatient psychiatry
- Comfortable treating: mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, psychotic disorders, SUD, and personality disorders
- Strong documentation and EHR experience (or willingness to master it)
- Evidence-based and patient-centered in your clinical approach
- Ideally experienced or strongly focused in pediatrics/child & adolescent psychiatry
- Familiar with CPT coding principles
- Collaborative, flexible, and growth-oriented
Experience
- Med management: 3+ years preferred
Schedule & Work Environment
- Day and/or night shifts available
- Hybrid remote in Matawan, NJ
- Flexible 4–5 day schedules available
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation based on experience, typically ranging from $145,000–$160,000 annually
