Commercial Lines Sales Producer
Are you a driven B2B salesperson with insurance experience? Join our high-performing team and build a strong book of business with top-tier support. You’ll focus on selling Commercial Lines policies—including Workers' Comp, GL, Auto, Property, Cyber, and Flood—while our service team supports your exponential growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect & close new commercial accounts through cold calls, warm calls, referrals, and networking
  • Cross-sell to current clients and uncover gaps in coverage
  • Present coverage options and build custom insurance packages
  • Represent a trusted, client-first independent agency
  • Rely on a dedicated CSR team for service, renewals & back-office support


Requirements:

  • 3+ years B2B sales (2+ in insurance preferred)
  • Active FL 2-20 License (or willing to obtain)
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages
  • Goal-oriented, confident communicator, tech savvy (Epic/Applied experience a plus)
  • Valid driver’s license & ability to travel locally
