Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver individualized lesson plans that accommodate students' abilities and goals
- Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize success
- Provide support and resources to students to enhance social, emotional, and academic skills
- Participate in meetings and communicate effectively with parents and guardians
- Occasionally travel to assist with students at different locations as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid special education teaching certification
- Experience working with students who have varying disabilities in a school setting
- Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt instruction to meet individual student needs
- Willingness to travel for assignments within the region
