We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support our franchise centers with local strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. You’ll collaborate with franchise owners, execute tailored campaigns, and deliver insights that make a measurable impact.
What You’ll Do
- Execute Local Plans – Implement digital strategies that boost visibility and generate leads.
- Franchise Collaboration – Act as the main contact for owners, leading strategy meetings and gathering feedback.
- Content Support – Coordinate creation and distribution of engaging, brand-aligned content.
- Research & Strategy – Track market trends to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
- Performance Reporting – Analyze results and provide actionable recommendations.
- Teamwork – Partner with cross-functional teams to share insights and drive success.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing, account management, or related role.
- Client-facing skills with ability to build relationships and present results.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and scheduling platforms.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- A proactive mindset and drive for innovation.

- Compensation: ~$55,000 base salary (DOE) + bonus up to 20%.

- Partner with Franchise Owners – Serve as the main point of contact, leading strategy meetings, gathering feedback, and building trusted relationships.
- Content & Campaign Support – Coordinate content creation/distribution and ensure campaigns align with brand voice and local audience needs.
- Analyze & Report – Track performance, interpret KPIs, and provide actionable insights to refine strategies.
- Collaborate & Innovate – Work cross-functionally to share ideas, stay ahead of digital trends, and continuously improve team efficiency.
