Job DescriptionAdministrative Assistant – Bothell, WA (Short-Term Temp)

Pay Rate: $21–22/hr
Assignment Length: 3–4 months, full-time, on-site

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide temporary support to a busy office in Bothell. This short-term role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills who can handle a variety of clerical and office coordination tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, answer phones, and manage incoming correspondence

  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper files

  • Perform accurate data entry and update records in spreadsheets or databases

  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars for internal staff

  • Assist with mail distribution and office supply inventory

  • Provide general administrative support as needed during the assignment

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience

  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting



Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
