Job DescriptionAdministrative Assistant – Bothell, WA (Short-Term Temp)
Pay Rate: $21–22/hr
Assignment Length: 3–4 months, full-time, on-site
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide temporary support to a busy office in Bothell. This short-term role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills who can handle a variety of clerical and office coordination tasks.
Responsibilities:

Greet visitors, answer phones, and manage incoming correspondence

Organize and maintain electronic and paper files
-
Perform accurate data entry and update records in spreadsheets or databases

Schedule meetings and manage calendars for internal staff
-
Assist with mail distribution and office supply inventory

Provide general administrative support as needed during the assignment
Qualifications:
-
1–2 years of administrative or office support experience
-
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
-
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
