MED-PASS is an industry leader in the provision of documentation, reference and educational resources in senior care markets that include pharmacy, long-term care, assisted living, home health and hospice.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell compliance solutions that these support senior care markets. You will sell materials that help senior care workers meet Federal and State regulations, as well as standards of practice. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with senior care providers, identify customer needs, deliver tailored solutions, and drive sales growth while upholding compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Healthcare, or a related field preferred
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical sales preferred but not required
- Ability to build trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Will Train on CRM system
- Up to 5% travel for trade shows and larger accounts
