About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Fulfillment & Transportation Manager to oversee warehousing, transportation, and third-party logistics operations while driving efficiency and service improvements across the supply chain.
This role will play a critical part in ensuring product is delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and in support of continued business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage transportation, warehousing, and fulfillment operations
- Oversee relationships with carriers, warehouses, and 3PL partners
- Monitor logistics KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Optimize freight spend and transportation performance
- Support inventory flow and order fulfillment processes
- Develop and maintain operational procedures and vendor scorecards
- Lead logistics-related projects and process improvement initiatives
- Resolve transportation and fulfillment challenges as they arise
Qualifications
- 5+ years of logistics, transportation, fulfillment, or supply chain experience
- Experience managing carriers, warehouses, and third-party logistics providers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of transportation and warehouse operations
- Experience with ERP, WMS, and logistics reporting tools preferred
