Job DescriptionBelow is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:
- Assist in problem-solving, addressing concerns of customers
- Attend/participate in company meetings as a representative of the DMV department.
- Ensure proper scanning of DMV forms into internal drive and database
- Follow-up regularly with pending items
- Maintain and respond with clearly written emails and provide excellent customer service internally and externally
- Maintain proper records and meet DMV deadlines
- Maintain/Check-In/Correct MSO’s locally and multi-state
- Obtain third party quotes
- Prepare all DMV forms required for each individual deal
- Prepare customer demand MSO/Title documents and provide to customers within DMV required time frames
- Review DMV Report(s) Daily
- Save incoming DMV documents to internal drive and database
- Scan and save DMV documents as outlined in the guideline
Minimum Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 months minimum DMV/dealership knowledge
- 2+ years clerical or administrative experience
- Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
- Strong communication skills both orally and written
- DMV/dealership knowledge
- Detail oriented
- Assist with training others
- Ability to multi-task
- Extremely diligent in follow through
