Job Title: HR Assistant
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Status: Temporary to Permanent
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive, high-energy HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced environment. This hands-on role is ideal for a detail-oriented self-starter who enjoys being the backbone of HR processes and supporting the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR file room, records, and offboarding-related organization.
- Serve as primary contact for responding to employee inquiries.
- Coordinate onboarding schedules and assist with employee retention initiatives.
- Maintain HR databases and prepare reports on turnover, vacation, and monthly metrics.
- Schedule meetings, reserve rooms, and arrange catering for trainings and HR events.
- Manage HR supplies and company promotional items.
- Assist with general office organization and physical file management.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HR, employee relations, or senior administrative support.
- High School Diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to be physically active in the office (file handling, organization, cleanup).
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
