Schedule: Initially Part-Time, Monday-Friday, 10:00AM-2:00PM | Transitioning to Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM within 4-6 Weeks
Pay: $21-$25/hr DOE

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a growing construction and property services company in Tumwater, WA to fill a Construction Office Administrator position. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, structure, and supporting a fast-paced business with multiple divisions and priorities.
This company operates across several business lines, creating a dynamic work environment where no two days are exactly the same. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable following established processes, and looking for a long-term career opportunity with room to grow.
The position will begin on a part-time schedule while training and onboarding take place, then transition to a full-time schedule within approximately 4-6 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Filing and maintaining organized physical and electronic records
- Entering invoices and financial information into QuickBooks
- Supporting office operations and administrative processes
- Assisting with document management and recordkeeping
- Maintaining accurate data and files across multiple departments
- Following established procedures and workflows
- Supporting accounting and administrative functions as needed
- Assisting with special projects and office organization initiatives
What You Bring:
- Previous office administration experience
- Experience using QuickBooks required
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable learning and following established processes
- Desire for a long-term, permanent position with growth potential
