Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and efficient Customer Service Representative for an exciting opportunity in San Marcos, California.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to pull orders from the shared email inbox and email customers as needed to clarify orders and respond to inquiries.
- Enter customer orders in the ERP system.
- Manage a high volume of product and customer/shipping information with accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
- Report to the Customer Service Supervisor and provide updates on customer interactions.
Key Knowledge/Skills/Experience
- Ability to learn and retain a high volume of product information.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook.
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week, with occasional half-day on Saturdays; start time TBD but may be as early as 5/6 AM.
