Location: New York, NY 10037
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (5x8)
Hours: 40 Hours per Week

Compensation

• Travelers: $2,700 per week

• Local Candidates: $2,400 per week

Position Overview

A healthcare facility in New York is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – Case Manager to support patient care coordination, resource management, and utilization review processes. This role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure efficient care planning, appropriate resource utilization, and positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct case management and utilization review activities

• Coordinate patient care plans and discharge planning

• Ensure appropriate utilization of hospital resources and services

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary care teams

• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations and facility policies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in:

  • Case Management

  • Resource Management

  • Utilization Management

• Active New York State RN License

• Primary Source Verification of RN License

• AHA BLS Certification

• AHA ACLS Certification (required for certain affiliated facilities)
