Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify communication needs of early childhood students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment results and student goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to planning and intervention strategies
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience working in early childhood school environments is highly valued
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, families, and staff
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs
