Your Role: The Impact You'll Make
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will perform patient-facing duties, excel in administrative tasks, and go above and beyond for patients. Some of the responsibilities in this role include:
- Setting the Tone: As the first point of contact, our Patient Care Coordinator sets the tone and energy for the office, welcoming patients with a positive attitude and nurturing a warm, supportive environment.
- Coordinating Care Seamlessly: You will ensure a seamless new patient experience, handling phone lines, gathering accurate new patient information, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, you will schedule appointments for existing patients and ensure a smooth, organized calendar.
- Build Relationships with Impact: Our Patient Care Coordinator strengthens relationships, helping patients and families feel comfortable, informed, and confident every step of the way. By delivering an outstanding experience, you'll support our mission of transforming patients into lifelong members of our orthodontic family.
- Provide Clinical Support: In addition to the responsibilities above, our Patient Care Coordinator will also assist with miscellaneous office tasks, like taking records (iTero scans) and sterilizing equipment and spaces.
