TWFG General Agency has an immediate opening for a Property Underwriter to join our corporate team in The Woodlands, Texas.

Experience needed:

· Minimum of 3-5 years property underwriting experience or equivalent insurance experience

· Demonstrated ability to evaluate the experience of a risk as well as the loss potential due to catastrophe, severity and/or frequency

· Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills

· Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing

Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

· Reviewing applications for insurance coverage, reviewing loss and inspection reports, processing endorsements and cancellations in accordance with underwriting rules and guidelines

· Strong systems aptitude (to include MS Office suite proficiency)

· Self-motivated and dependable
