Job DescriptionJob Opportunity: Full-Time Registered Nurse

Our organization, recognized as the "Best Continuing Care Retirement Community in the U.S. 2025" by a leading publication, is currently looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Health Center (Skilled Nursing) team in Santa Barbara, CA.

Compensation Details

Salary Range: $51 - $57 per hour, based on experience, with additional shift differentials:

  • Evening Shift: +$2/hour
  • Night Shift (NOC): +$10/hour
  • Weekend Shift: +$3/hour

Work Schedule

This full-time position follows a 4/2 rotation (4 days on, 2 days off) with the following available shifts:

  • Evenings: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • Overnights: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

  • Address the comprehensive nursing needs of residents while embracing our organization’s “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.”
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors, facilitating their engagement in daily activities.
  • Coordinate assignments with care partners and hold each team member accountable for the quality of resident care and satisfaction.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A valid RN license in the state of application.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Previous nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute settings is preferred.
