Join Our Growing Team at Print Me A Sign – Electrical Sign Fabricator / Sheet Metal Technician

If you enjoy hands-on fabrication, working with sheet metal, and building illuminated channel letter signs, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. No two days are the same – you’ll help create signs that make a real impact for our local clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Fabricate and assemble channel letter signs, including cutting, bending, and forming sheet metal returns, backs, and components

• Perform light electrical work such as wiring LEDs, installing power supplies, transformers, and electrical connections for illuminated signs

• Build, assemble, and finish custom signs using sheet metal, aluminum, acrylic, and other materials

• Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and design specifications

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety protocols

• Collaborate closely with our small team to meet production deadlines and deliver high-quality results

• Occasionally assist with loading materials or basic shop maintenance as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with sheet metal fabrication (cutting, bending, forming, riveting)

• Hands-on knowledge of basic electrical work for signs or similar (LED wiring, low-voltage systems, troubleshooting)

• Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment (shears, brakes, drills, etc.)

• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing durable, professional signage

• Reliable, team-oriented attitude with good problem-solving skills

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (a plus if you have experience with sign installation, but not required)

Prior experience in a sign shop, metal fabrication shop, or electrical trade is highly preferred, but we’re open to motivated candidates with transferable skills from construction, HVAC, automotive, or general fabrication who are eager to learn our processes.
