Mechanical Maintenance Technicians needed in Shelby Township, Michigan

An industry leading manufacturer in Shelby Township, Michigan is currently seeking Mechanical Maintenance Technicians with their growing company. Start right away with these exciting new opportunities.

The positions are full-time with a starting hourly rates range between $28/hr. to $36/hr. based on experience and education. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Paid overtime is available in a stable manufacturing environment with training provided and growth opportunities.

Qualified Mechanical Maintenance Technicians will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

• 3 + years of diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues on assembly and automated production equipment, including conveyors, material handling systems, presses, fixtures, and tooling.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime and restore equipment to operational condition.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks and support predictive maintenance activities per established schedules.
• Preferred experience in Tier 1 automotive manufacturing, automated lines, welding/fabrication, and new equipment launches is a plus.
• Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, etc.
