Job Description

An opportunity is available for a Pharmacist specializing in Long Term Care to provide overnight coverage in Burnsville, MN. This contract position requires dedication to ensuring accurate medication management and staff supervision during night shifts.

Location:
Burnsville, MN

Schedule:

Overnight shifts from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
7 days on, 7 days off (Tuesday through Monday)

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise pharmacy staff during overnight hours to maintain operational efficiency
Perform final verifications (PV2) on medication orders to ensure safety and accuracy
Monitor long term care medication processes adhering to established guidelines

Qualifications:

Valid Minnesota pharmacist license
Minimum of 1 year of recent experience, preferably in Long Term Care (LTC) settings
Experience with Framework software is preferred
