TalentOne is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager in the Warehouse/Logistic industry with a demonstrated track record of leadership and success in management roles relating to B2B and B2C customers. This position involves overseeing the development of customer service teams across multiple locations and improving overall customer satisfaction to drive organizational success.
Job type: Full-time
Schedule: Day/Morning shift
Pay: $70,000

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure customer-related issues or requests are handled quickly.
- Coordinate with shipping, inventory, and logistics teams to improve overall workflow and service.
- Review order processing and customer interactions to identify areas for improvement while maintaining company standards.
- Create and manage shift schedules and task assignments to keep the team running efficiently.
- Help interview, train, guide, and mentor new and current staff to support strong performance.
Experience:
- Extensive experience in customer service management within the shipping and fulfillment industry.
- Effective utilization and integration of new software and technologies (such as ERP systems).
- Experience in the manufacturing and distribution industry
Requirements:
- Customer Service - 5 years
- Management/Supervision - 4 years
- Logistics - 2 years
- English/Spanish (Preferred)
- Bachelors (Preferred)
