The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the organizational health and functional efficiency of White-Wilson Medical Center. This role focuses on scaling operational infrastructure, managing the talent pipeline, and utilizing data to drive performance across the entire organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. General Operations & Strategic Workflow Management: Drive the continuous improvement of the organization’s foundational processes to ensure seamless daily functionality.

Efficiency Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in organizational workflows to enhance overall productivity and resource utilization.

SOP Development: Design and document comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Implementation & Tracking: Lead the rollout of new operational initiatives and establish rigorous tracking mechanisms to measure the adoption and long-term success of standardized processes.
2. Provider Recruiting Process Management: Direct the operational logistics of the provider talent lifecycle to ensure the group remains optimally staffed.

Process Coordination: Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, serving as the central point of contact for candidate logistics, interview scheduling, and stakeholder feedback.

Onboarding Integration: Oversee the transition from candidate to active provider, ensuring all operational, technical, and cultural integration steps are completed efficiently.

Pipeline Logistics: Monitor recruitment milestones to ensure a steady flow of talent and minimize vacancies that impact organizational capacity.
3. Data Reporting & KPI Management: Serve as the lead for operational intelligence by translating data into regular, actionable performance reports.

KPI Oversight: Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that reflect the group’s operational and financial health.

Operational Reporting: Produce consistent weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that summarize performance against established benchmarks.

Trend Analysis: Analyze data outputs to identify patterns, forecast future needs, and provide early warnings for potential performance dips to executive leadership.
