Join a premier, employee-owned construction company building ultra-luxury custom homes in Wyoming's top resort communities. This is a hands-on, on-site leadership role requiring expertise in high-end residential construction, strong subcontractor and client relationships, and the ability to manage projects in mountainous terrain with unique geotechnical challenges. Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- 5–10+ years managing high-end luxury residential construction in resort or mountain communities.
- Supervise projects with steel superstructures and complex architectural, structural, and MEP shop drawings.
- Maintain Daily Logs, RFIs, quality alerts, inspections, and enforce rigorous quality control and safety standards.
- Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and on-site personnel.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with subcontractors, trade partners, and high-net-worth clients.
- Navigate mountain construction sites, steep terrain, and challenging weather conditions, with a daily commute of ~30 miles.
