Job Description

The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring excellent guest service, managing staff, and maintaining efficient administrative processes. This role serves as the first point of contact for guests and visitors and representing Hilton’s brand and standards.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner.

- Manage front desk staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring all Front Desk/Night Auditors

- Oversee check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and courteously.

- Maintain reservation systems and ensure availability of rooms.

- Monitor and manage financial transactions, including billing and payments.

- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.

- Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.

- Reports directly to the General Manager.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in front desk or hospitality management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

- Proficiency with hotel management software and MS Office.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality education is a plus.

Experience:

  • Hotel Experience: 2 years (Required)
  • Front Desk Management: 3 years (Required) Hilton Hotel and/or a union property experience is highly preferred.
