Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid and active Colorado OT certification/license
  • Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 children in a school-based setting
  • Adaptability to thrive in an itinerant model, supporting students across multiple school sites
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Enthusiasm for teamwork and professional problem-solving

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students across grade levels
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in coordination with educators and families
  • Travel to assigned school sites during working hours as an onsite-only practitioner
  • Assess student needs, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Share expertise and strategies with the in-house OT team to promote best practices and positive outcomes

This contract begins August 5, 2026 and wraps up on May 27, 2027, offering a stable, full-time, 37.5-hour work week within a friendly, mission-driven school community. With a variety of cases and strong support from colleagues, you’ll enrich your skills while impacting a broad range of learners.
