This role is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming reception area.
- Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing correspondence.
- Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
- Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely distribution to appropriate personnel.
- Communicate effectively with managers and clients regarding job priorities and deadlines.
- Assist with additional administrative projects and tasks as assigned.
- Operate switchboard systems to transfer calls and provide information to callers.
- Maintain accurate records of office supplies and assist with inventory management.
- Support daily office functions to ensure smooth operations
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with multi-line phone systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
