Job Description:
Idaho Water Sports in Nampa is looking for a dependable, hard-working Lot Porter/Expeditor to join our team. This position plays an important role in daily dealership operations by supporting the service and sales departments, maintaining lot organization, and assisting with customer boat pickup and drop-off.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. If you enjoy active work and being around boats and the outdoors, this is a great opportunity to grow with our company.
Responsibilities:
- Move boats in and out of service bays
- Operate forklifts and other equipment to safely move boats and materials
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the lot and show room
- Assist service manager, technicians, service advisors, and sales staff as needed
- Provide courteous and helpful support to customers on the lot
- Follow safety procedures when moving and staging boats and trailers

- Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to be trained)

- Willing to work overtime when needed
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform light to medium physical work
- Frequently lifting and moving up to 20 pounds; occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Regular standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pulling, and pushing
- Must be able to see, hear, and communicate clearly
