Top 5% Restaurant Operator Wanted - $55,000 - $65,000 annually + monthly bonus

What Elite Operators Do Here

You’ll work directly with the General Manager to lead restaurant operations and execute at a high level.

Your responsibilities include:

Driving Guest Experience

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality every shift
  • Resolve guest issues immediately and professionally
  • Proactively engage guests through table touches and floor leadership

Running Operational Excellence

  • Lead Front of House and Back of House operations
  • Maintain uncompromising food quality and presentation
  • Control inventory, scheduling, and labor performance
  • Execute promotions, incentives, and menu rollouts

Building High-Performance Teams

  • Develop Team Leaders and future managers
  • Hold team members accountable to standards
  • Create a culture focused on People, Profits, and Guest Experience

Owning the Business

  • Contribute to sales growth
  • Help manage P&L performance
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational discipline

You will be responsible for opening and closing operations, shift leadership, and maintaining company standards every day.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of guest service experience
  • 1–2 years of supervisory experience (casual dining preferred)
  • Demonstrated contribution to sales growth and cost control
  • Ability to handle difficult guest interactions professionally
  • 21+ years old
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Preferred:

  • ServSafe Food or Alcohol certification
  • Bilingual skills

Work Expectations

Great operators understand that hospitality leadership requires commitment.

This role requires:

  • 50–55 hour work weeks
  • Flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
  • High-energy, fast-paced restaurant environment

Physical requirements include standing, mobility throughout shifts, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
