Inventory Clerk
The Inventory Clerk position will ensure the timely valuation, processing, and intra-Company trading of vehicle inventory.
Skills / Qualities Preferred Include:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive and process posting jackets; distribute paperwork to appropriate business office staff.
- Post Accounting for our New Vehicle Invoices.
- Posting accounting for outside, as well as inter-company Dealer Trades
- Report our Sales and other notifications to the Manufacture
- Verify accuracy, confirm and record legal owner, and request applicable follow-ups before distributing DMV paperwork to DMV clerks.
- Mail Dealer Notice of Report of Sale to DMV.
- Verify the accuracy and completion of verification of payoffs and check requests before processing and distributing checks.
- Generate flooring and posting reports for reconciliation of accounts.
- View, reconcile and post daily and month end accounting.
- Process service contracts applications and cancellations.
- Generate new posting jackets for trade in vehicles.
- Process unwind vehicle transactions by verifying completion and accuracy of paperwork, reversing accounting, and creating new vehicle files.
- Purge deal paperwork for filing.
- Maintain and distribute record of accounting and paperwork errors for purposes of employee training.
- Prepare necessary reports and analysis for month end closing.
- Provide support for and cross train in other business office positions.
- Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule.
- Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity in all interactions to uphold the Mac Haik Automotive group brand.
- Effectively perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
