Hiring a hands-on Accountant/Bookkeeper to join a great team! Will be fully on site located by the Englewood area.
- Maintain accurate financial records for multiple locations, ensuring all transactions are recorded completely and correctly.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring invoices, payments, and collections are processed efficiently.
- Reconcile bank accounts, track cash flow, and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and provide detailed financial reports for clients.
- Manage billing and collections, responding to inquiries and resolving outstanding issues in a timely manner
- Process payroll accurately and in accordance with company policies.
- Seeking candidates with 3–5+ years of accounting experience.
