Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license and eligibility to practice in the state

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and parents
  • Strong communication and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ occupational therapy needs
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Support students with fine motor, gross motor, sensory, and adaptive skill development
  • Deliver direct therapy sessions both in-person and remotely, as assigned
  • Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and required documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input for service planning
  • Educate and consult with school staff and parents on strategies to support students in the classroom
