Job DescriptionLocated in Lancaster, PA Salary: $19 Job Title: Install Crew Member Location: Ephrata Start Time: 5:30 Pay: $19 Job Summary: Assist the install crew with preparing and installing materials at job sites while supporting the foreman and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Ride with crew to job sites (may occasionally drive company vehicle)</li>
<li>Assist with site prep including shoveling, raking, setting blocks, and leveling</li>
<li>Help install walls by placing materials, sealing joints, tightening bolts, and checking level</li>
<li>Support layout measurements and setup of job site</li>
<li>Use basic tools and equipment as directed</li>
<li>Help clean and maintain tools, equipment, and worksite</li>
</ul>
 Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Ability to lift up to 80 lbs occasionally</li>
<li>Comfortable with physical work including standing, bending, climbing, and kneeling</li>
<li>Ability to read a tape measure</li>
<li>Basic understanding of tools and equipment</li>
<li>Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team</li>
<li>Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions</li>
<li>Good communication skills</li>
<li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record</li>
