Position: RN-Stepdown (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Stepdown for a 13-week contract in Madison, Wisconsin — earn up to ($2305 - $2426 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a stepdown unit.

Participate in continuous professional development activities.

Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly.

Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.

Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans.

Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately.

Utilize data to track patient outcomes and improve care.

Educate patients and families on health management.

Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.

Manage time effectively to meet patient care goals.

Assist in training and mentoring new nursing staff.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Experience/Qualifications

Current RN license in Wisconsin with stepdown unit experience.

Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
