Job DescriptionJob Title: Project Manager
We’re looking for a driven, solutions‑oriented Project Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys seeing projects come to life from the ground up. In this role, you’ll lead high‑impact construction projects across the country, ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and motivate project teams to ensure milestones are met on schedule and within budget.
• Review project proposals to define timelines, budget parameters, and execution strategies.
• Communicate clear work plans, assign responsibilities, and establish scope of authority for team members.
• Monitor progress through status reports, identify risks or delays, and adjust schedules proactively.
• Prepare and deliver project updates to internal leadership and clients.
• Provide technical guidance and hands‑on problem‑solving support to project personnel.
• Coordinate project activities with government and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.
Essential Skills
• Strong project management expertise.
• Proven experience managing ground‑up construction projects in fuel, retail, restaurant, or hospitality sectors.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Working knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, and/or PlanGrid.
• Ability and willingness to travel nationwide at least 20% of the time.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
