Title: Senior Tax Associate
Compensation: $95K–$115K base + benefits
Location: Santa Barbara, CA — Hybrid / Remote Flexibility
Qualifications

CPA or EA required (or 7+ years of equivalent advanced tax experience)

Proven expertise preparing and reviewing complex individual, trust, and small business returns

Hands-on experience supporting or leading work with high-net-worth clients

Strong technical accuracy, judgment, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset

Team-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a growing, fast-evolving practice
