Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Remote School Psychologist with a current or eligible Nevada Department of Education (NDE) license to provide virtual services to K12 students across the state. This role focuses on assessment, consultation, and collaboration with school teams to support students academic, emotional, and behavioral development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual psychoeducational assessments using digital tools in accordance with Nevada state and IDEA regulations

  • plete prehensive, legally defensible evaluation reports

  • Participate in IEP, 504, and multidisciplinary team meetings via video conferencing

  • Collaborate with school staff and families to develop and implement data-driven interventions

  • Provide virtual counseling, behavior consultation, and crisis support as needed

  • Assist with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

  • Maintain accurate documentation and case records in pliance with FERPA, HIPAA, and NDE policies

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program

  • Current Nevada School Psychologist License (issued by the NDE) or eligibility to obtain

  • Familiarity with Nevada special education law and eligibility criteria

  • Proficient with digital assessment tools (e.g., Q-interactive, Q-global, WISC-V, BASC-3)

  • Strong munication, time management, and organizational skills

  • Prior virtual service experience preferred, but not required

  • Reliable internet connection and private, secure work environment
