Registered Nurse (Strike Rates $$$) (RN's) All Shift' s all Specialities - Brookyln, Manhattan and Bronx
Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The RN will be responsible for delivering safe, effective bedside care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support positive patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients across various units based on assignment
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards
- Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes or concerns
- Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and allied health professionals
- Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and discharge instructions
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control practices
- Respond to medical emergencies, including rapid responses and code situations
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 1–2 years of recent bedside nursing experience preferred
- BLS certification required (ACLS preferred depending on unit)
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment:
- Acute care, long-term care, or specialty units
- Flexible scheduling, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
