• Communication:

  Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, supervisors, and clients.

• Problem-Solving:

  Ability to identify and resolve unexpected issues or defects that may arise during the finishing stages.

• Safety Awareness:

  Understanding and adhering to safety regulations and practices on the job site
