Seeking a Dental Hygienist!
Our organization is looking for a temporary hygienist from March 2026 to August 2026!
As a Dental Hygienist, you will be recognized as a top-tier clinical provider and advocate for patients. You will play a vital role within the patient care team, ensuring that your patients receive the attention and care they need, deserve, and desire. Minimum Qualifications
- Valid dental hygienist license in Minnesota and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required)
- Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene practices, patient screening, and medical history documentation
- Current CPR Certification
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
- Willingness to pursue ongoing education and enhance clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care for overall dental health
- Ability to address clinical needs as required by the office
Physical Requirements
- Capability to perform essential duties as required by the office or supervising doctor, with or without reasonable accommodations. Adjustments may be made to assist individuals with disabilities in fulfilling the essential responsibilities of the role.
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 45 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year
- To ensure a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed before starting employment. Arrangements for the test will be made during the pre-employment process, and any necessary instructions or documentation will be provided. This requirement does not apply in Florida and Tennessee.
