Schedule: Weekend shifts, 9-hour shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 an hour plus incentives based on performance
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and service on residential HVAC systems
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues with precision and efficiency
- Install new HVAC systems and components as needed
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring complete customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience
- EPA certification (min type II, but universal is a plus)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
