Physician (Internal Medicine/Family Medicine) - Coeur d'Alene, ID.

Job Type: Full-Time

Shifts: Days (Flexible Schedule).

Healthcare Setting: Skilled nursing facilities / Post Acute and Long-Term Care.

Summary:

The Facility is located in Coeur d'Alene, ID.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage health problems and coordinate healthcare for geriatric patients in compliance with state and federal regulations.

· Conduct age-appropriate history and physical exams for geriatric patients.

· Order and interpret diagnostic and therapeutic tests tailored to the patient's needs.

· Prescribe appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments.

· Assist with surgical care in accordance with facility, state, and federal guidelines.

Qualification:

· Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.

· Experience in Geriatric Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Post Acute Care preferred (new graduates welcome to apply).

· Active Medical License in ID.
