REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Highly organized with a keen attention to detail

Strong time management and prioritization skills

Must be flexible to function in a changing work environment and able to multi-task

Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels within the company

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

3-5 years accounts receivable experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Accurately post customer payments by recording cash, checks and credit card transactions

Post revenues and enter transactions from lock box and bank statements

Balance/ Reconcile daily Accounts Receivable work for merging

Communicate with multiple departments to resolve customer payment issues/discrepancies

Answer Incoming Calls and assist Customers with Account Questions

Make necessary updates to the customer database

Other duties as assigned
